Forests Livelihoods and Power Relations in North West Pakistan (Book Launch)

The provincial government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is planning to increase its existing forest cover by 2 per cent in next five years, says Hakim Shah, Director-General, Pakistan Forest Institute, Peshawar, at a book launch titled Forests Livelihoods and Power Relations in North West Pakistan organized by SDPI in Islamabad. The research content of the book is based on a study conducted by Pakistan Research Group of the Switzerland-based National Center for Competence in Research (NCCR) North-South.
